keurig coffee maker sufficient space unclean room loose faucet

My room included a Keurig coffee maker. A closet provided space sufficient for several days worth of clothing. The shower was spacious. The bed was comfortable.

The first room I received was not clean. The faucet was not properly attached.

lovely style great size

my beautiful queen room was a great size. i had more than enough room for my stuff! the style of the hotel was super lovely and very clean everywhere i looked. they really paid attention to detail throughout the hotel.

i did have a small issue. the front desk staff seemed unhelpful at one point. i asked about a small amenity and the response seemed dismissive.

the hotel is situated close to times square. it is also convenient to broadway shows. accessing the subway is easy from this location. it's super easy to get around town from here.

unhelpful housekeeper a c issue

the location was acceptable, close to attractions like bryant park.

The housekeeper I found unhelpful. She did not acknowledge the a/c issue I had in my room. the staff offered a room change, but no upgrade was included.
